Disliked: We booked a month prior to our visit and also called to verify just to double check, because we was going to be arriving very late. Upon arrival the night receptionist told me that my booking was incorrect and charged me an additional 169 dollars and said I would have to deal with through Booking he couldn't do anything or help me at all. There was several things already broken in the room, the chair, shower curtain rod, the lights didnt want to come, along with trash under the pull out couch. We had put on our Booking we need it to be handicap accessible because my mom has an amputated leg. She has a prosthetic leg but can not maneuver down or up stairs. Sunday we was getting ready to leave and the elevator broke. My husband asked the young man looking at the elevator what my mom was going to do he stated "it wasn't his problem" we was supposed to be checking out in 40 mins and there was no getting the elevator fixed.... so it left my 65 year old mom crawling down 3 flights of stairs and my dad who just had a heart attack 6 months ago and has 2 slipped disc walking down that many stairs... It was just not okay in anyway. It was literally the worst experience we have ever had. I will never recommend or stay in this Hotel chain ever again!

Disliked: The toilet wasn’t clean (dried urine and hair), no sheets for the pull out bed, breakfast was out of several items, and pool had chipping paint.

Liked: Like location ..only tthing i didnt lik3 was the deposit ...i been coming there the pasy 5yrs and never had to put a deposit down ...just was surprise by it and for someone who goes there alot i should be getting discounts but no nothing ..but i do like to go there so the ppl who work there should kno who they regular ppl are!!
Disliked: The not knowing the regulats who come yo your place of business and not taking care of them!!

Liked: I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the pool opened so late(11). I always like to use the pool early in the morning. In house phone system wasn’t working, had to call from my cell to get a hold of anyone. Breakfast was mediocre
