Nice hotel, but the pool...

Liked: Some of the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The pool was extremely hot. The hot tub was cooler than the pool. When asked about it. I was told that they had just filled up the pool, and the water came out hot. Then, the second time I asked, I was told that since winter, it was broken, but it still was not fixed. I booked the hotel for the inside pool so my kids wouldn't be in the heat, and it came out worse with the pool feeling like a sauna. On the corner of the pool area, the door was broken from the bottom showing a hole in the door and wall area.Also, I had to ask for towels several times because I was told on 2 different occasions that they didn't have any clean. I had to wait over an hour to get clean towels.

Liked: Location was good. Clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Staff, when found, was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was one note and after 7 ran out quickly. Was cold as well. Had trouble getting clean towels. Pool was too warm

Always such an amazing experience.

Liked: The staff are so amazing and courteous I feel appreciated and cared for. I have stayed here for several weeks in a row and have enjoyed every stay. My room is always clean and comfortable. It feels like my home away from home at this point. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I have no problems with the hotel.
