Liked: I did speak with the night attendant and asked him to cook the sausage properly. He explained that the breaker keeps tripping when he tries to use the cooking equipment. Despite this issue, he made a genuine effort and attempted to cook the sausage multiple times, but the breaker tripped on three separate occasions. While I appreciate his willingness to help, the sausage still wasn’t fully cooked or safe to eat. It might be time for the hotel to invest in better or updated kitchen appliances to ensure food can be prepared efficiently and safely for guests.
Disliked: The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor of urine as soon as we walked in, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when we moved to another room, we tried to shower, but the water was cold—there was no hot water at all. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering that basic cleanliness and access to hot water should be standard.

Liked: Hotel lied about swimming pool and other amenities and conditions of hotel. Shows blue images of a swimming pool that is an actual empty and broken wreck. Plus lied about free cancellation.

A complete lack of sleep.

Disliked: The TV didn't work. There was no phone in the room to contact the office. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. But the main thing was the mattress on the bed. It was absolutely horrible. It was like sleeping on the side of hill. I would have asked for another room as soon as I saw the state of the mattress, but my husband had already climbed in bed on the downhill side. I reported this to the manager the next morning when I checked out. So I would probably choose a different hotel the next time I am in the area which could be soon as we have family there.
