Stay was nice, very close...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Several items to chooses from
Disliked: Pool was very small and was only a max of 4’ deep

Ridiculous incidentals policy.

Liked: Very close to kings island. breakfast included. Good AC
Disliked: Charged 150$ deposit after prepaying for room. Said it would be pending then drop off but it went thru and now i have to wait 7-10 business days for that to be refunded. Pool was green. Not alittle green, neon green. Pillows were so small. We got 8 but they were all small child size or travel pillows? No hand soap provided.

Terrible. I’ll never stay there...

Liked: Close to Kings Island
Disliked: Not very clean. Staff was never at the front desk. You had to ring the bell for any service , the same 2 guys were working the front counter and the breakfast , breakfast was cold and disgusting. It turned my stomach. The one guy was emptying trash then filling the food and stocking cups. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was cold. Stains on the blankets.
