Liked: Average. It was close to restaurants.
Disliked: Found bed bugs within an hour or two. Checked out and requested a refund. All clerk did was say he could give us a different room. I hope they took appropriate measures necessary for this problemm.

Exceptional

Liked: The beds were amazing. So many hotels do not have soft comfortable beds and pillows. These were great. For someone with a bad back, I was highly pleased.

Location is perfect, staff is...

Liked: The staff members, Bharat, Shivani and team are excellent.
Disliked: No problem, everything is fine. Whenever I travel to the area on business, I stay at this location.

Liked: This place is horrible please people don’t in it ever time I get in to my room they have to reset my card keys Front desk people are very careless My daughter was talking a shower and ran out of hot water, I left one night before my check out time I couldn’t stay there any more and they still charged me for 2 nights please stay away from this place
Disliked: Very bad place the guys was on night shift very rude The room run out of hot water room are dirty and smelly I was post to stay 2 nights I only stay one night because couldn’t take any more And they still charge me for 2 nights Avoid this place look some were else
