Disliked: The fact that I made reservations months prior to arrival and confirmed ect. Gave me a room lower value than what I paid for. I paid for king size w balcony received a queen w no balcony.

Liked: The room was very spacious, was very accommodating for 6 people. The breakfast was great every morning. Free popcorn through out the day (Kids loved this as a bed time snack).The pool was nice when heated so you didn’t have to swim in the cold waters.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable. If you needed clean linen, they asked for you to bring your dirty ones to front desk or come to front desk to ask for more. You had to request for your room to be cleaned if you are staying longer and give them a time frame to come in to clean. The pool was a bit small for a many rooms as they have, most of the time we went swimming the pool was a little crowded, to where we could only allow the children to swim.
