Very nice!

Clean, quiet with the exception...

Liked: Clean, great location, friendly staff!
Disliked: Couch was broken down and desk chair was peeling. Second floor hallway floor is very soft like the actual door was warped and wavy.

Disliked: The hot tub was out of order & the laundry room was out of order which we were counting on having to wash uniforms because our stay was for a basketball tournament.

Good hotel in the charming...

Liked: We had requested an accessible room with a roll-in shower and our room had a large sitting area and large bathroom. We liked that the shower had a small lip so the water stayed in the shower base. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the extra reading lights on each side. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean, bed and...

Liked: Staff at check in was SUPER friendly and seemed genuinely happy.
Disliked: There was a group of some younger guests staying at the hotel (I think for a soccer tournament), that were very loud running up and down the hall late at night and at one time knocking on doors and running away down the exit door stairwell.
