Nice but never again!

Liked: The property was great
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they have a very small pool and I didn’t get the chance to even put a tie in it because it was completely crowded (they couldn’t even swim) with kids, I feel as though I paid just like everyone else but couldn’t even get to use it once. The staff told me to come when the kids leave but we were there for tournaments also and I think it’s funny how she told me to go around their schedule. Now I’m not saying it was racially motivated but it surely seemed to be that way and even though the facility was nice and clean I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here and be treated the way we were.

Horrible hotel and rude staff!

Liked: I liked that our stay ended because one more night of discomfort and stress was not tolerable.
Disliked: The tv worked intermittently-The bed sheet was too small for the mattress and during the night the sheet popped off and I woke up with the plastic mattress covering touching my skin. A large group of guests poured into the lobby in clingy pajamas and night hats and were talking in loud volumes while taking all available tables and overcoming the lobby. The hotel staff felt this was acceptable as long as their body parts were not showing! This was daily and the front staff was unmoved by our being upset! We were not informed that housekeeping was on request only and even after we asked for a room cleaning the housekeeping staff left the sheet up and the plastic protector exposed by a foot. When we complained and told the staff we explained we needed a fitted sheet to fit the mattress properly the finally found one and in a very nasty explanation told us “we must have had objects on the bed if they didn’t change the sheets “. We told them we had Nothing On The Bed! With that we finally had new sheets put on properly. This was a horrible stay at a hotel where staff is unable to control the decent behavior of guests or have manners and compassion when replying to a complaint! Worst stay ever!

Our stay here was better...

Liked: Clean, great service, breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable and clean. We loved how large the room was because our girls were able to play in the living room area with their toys rather than on the bed. We didn’t get to use the pool or gym like we had hoped to, but it is great this location has those for guests!
Disliked: The carpet was a big sticky in a couple places.

Disliked: The photos of this hotel on booking.com do not represent this hotel. The tv did not work, and the outdoor space is not what was depicted in photos. For where and what it is, a very simple and straightforward hotel, the price is likely too much.

Liked: It was comfortable, location was good, staff was very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was so-so. Limited choices, for example, cereal choices were fruit loops & sugar coated shredded wheat. Should have better choices.
