Liked: The location and amenities nearby where good. The hotel was clean and orderly. Staff and hotel personnel were very attentative to our needs and provided neccessary guidance.
Disliked: The room was not quiet. We were able to hear people running up and down the hallway. Everytime some closed the door to their room, in the hallway, we were awaken from our door shaking. The walls appear to also be very thin, as we heard people arguing. Lastly, our room was located right next to a restaurant, with a rooftop lounge, since our room was on the 12th floor, we able to hear the music and crowds outside, resulting in our family not being able to receive a good night's rest.

Disliked: The bathroom was not clean, with stains in the toilet from previous guests. There were no towels provided for showers, only washcloths. We had to request towels upon arrival, which was not a big deal, but the cleanliness of a hotel, especially the bathroom, should never be overlooked.
