It sucked!

Disliked: Breakfast stops at 9 am, too early.When we arrived on Monday we right away noticed our room phone was not functional, we notified the front desk immediately, no one did anything to fix it until I again told them our phone needed to be fixed on Thursday.Yogurt at breakfast was expired by 2 weeks, the tables were dirty. Every time I went to use the hot water during breakfast it was out.Approximately 10 large families were staying on our floor, each family had average of 5 kids, up until 1130pm those kids were running up and down the hall and slamming doors, no one said anything to them despite having signs out for quiet hours between 10pm and 8 am.On Tuesday morning I requested for our room to be cleaned and clean towels, we got nothing, then no room cleaning on Wed, by Thursday we had garbage piling up and no dry towels, I told the front desk again. They came that Thursday put clean towels in and took the garbage, and nothing else. We left Friday morning. We do road trips twice a year for the kids and by far this is our least favorite stay ever.

Disliked: Everything was excellent, except that when we arrived at 3 for check-in, there were no rooms available, and we had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for our room.

Liked: Was clean and location was excellent to the Spooky Nook Athletic facility. Bed was very uncomfortable for the price. I stayed there only because others were booked. $300.00 a night is very expensive for the location.
