Liked: The front desk was amazing.
Disliked: We arrived at about 4 pm and the room was not ready, we had to get a different room. Halls and elevators had trash all over. Breakfast was very disappointing. No one was there to help or check on the food items, and there was no milk, eggs, etc.

Liked: We asked for the room to be cleaned one time, we even left the property for almost the entire day and it was never cleaned. We had to ask for new towels, toilet paper, even garbage bags at the desk be ause there was no spare in the room. Leaving pile of towels and garbage outside the door was what we were told to do. It looked trashy
Disliked: Clean the room when asked!!!!

Liked: This property was very clean. The staff was nice and they were always willing to help. The facilities were excellent. The pool was great for kids of all ages. The breakfast was always great too, it was a different selection each day. It is also in a great location. We were walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Disliked: I loved everything

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing! This is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. Easy on and off to get back on I-25. The pool area is one of the best I have seen at a hotel. My kids loved the slide. The room was great and bed was comfortable. We didnt get to try breakfast, but other visitors said it was great too. I would highly recommend this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.
