The overall stay was good,...

Liked: I liked the pool and the water slides, I liked the cleanliness and overall care of the hotel.
Disliked: The one thing I was upset about was that it was advertised that streaming services such as Netflix was included, but when got into the room I tried to find how to get Netflix on the tv couldn’t find anything. I went and asked the front desk they said they would give the room a call when they found anything out about the streaming services, my room never got a call. I was a little bummed because the streaming services was one of the reasons I booked this specific hotel.

Pool was nice, people were...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Normal hotel breakfast.
Disliked: We found things under our bed we shouldnt have, our refrigerator wasn't cold the first day and then second day it froze our drinks. The rooms need better cleaning and checked for left things hidden around. Our toliet leaked everytime we flushed it. The elevator kept taking us to different floors even if the button wasn't light up.

Disliked: Staff was demanding, oddly. Up in our business. Crazy. Massively overpriced for the quality of the room. Fixtures broken. No water pressure. No soap. Room was sad and dreary. Ac unit poor outdated. Remote control didn’t work after 2 new ones.

Disliked: The bathroom in our room wasn’t clean.

Exceptional

Liked: It was very clean. Staff was very nice. It’s been one of the best properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. We definitely will be back to this property. We’re back that way.
Disliked: It’s in a shopping center parking lot, which was a little weird, but other than that it was a great place to stay
