Disliked: My family of 6 was stuck in the elevator one evening. A kind member of the staff found us and let us out. She was apologetic. I understand things go wrong but I’m disappointed that management never reached out after our stay to check on us or apologize. My smaller children were pretty shook up and it made for an unpleasant night. At checkout the staff said there was nothing they could do since our reservation was made through booking.com.

Enjoyable

Liked: I have stayed before. Very clean, comfortable and fun for kids. Someone was upgrading the TV’s and coming into each room which really wasn’t an inconvenience. Very helpful and nice front desk.
Disliked: Elevators were out of order

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The pool closed at 9pm and we arrived at the hotel at 8:45pm, the room was dirty with trash on the floor next to the night stand, and my blanket had blood spots on it, not stains, actual spots like it had not been washed. The breakfast was subpar and I would not pay that price for that hotel again.

Good
