Disliked: I have stayed here plenty of times. It has been dirty and cheap. I have never complained or had an issue and was here 2 months ago. I was told there was a $100 deposit now. I only stay here because there isn't a deposit. And the guy, who I have seen plenty of times because we stayed here plenty, said it's been for 2 years they've been doing the hold. He cancelled my room. I will never stay here again. He was rude and disrespectful.

Liked: It was close the convention center where we had an archery tournament
Disliked: First, I needed to reduce my stay by a day so I contacted Booking, who contacted the property. They never responded so I was told to let them know at check in. Well, they claimed they couldn’t fix it and to contact Booking. Magically the next morning they remembered getting a call from Booking and it was handled. As of this morning I still have a charge pending for the full amount.Second, our room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was water damage in the bathroom, busted sink, and broken shower head. There was visible water damage throughout the hotel. The hot tub was also shut down by the health department due to a non-heating issue-or so they say. Will never stay again and may have to dispute the charge

Very good, but could use...

Liked: Great location. Super convenient to gas station and restaurants.
Disliked: Obvious water leaks on the ceiling and around the window. This would give me some mold and mildew concerns, especially for a long stay.

Disliked: Toilet seats were marred and while probably clean didn’t appear clean, felt like it was not safe to be barefoot, no garbage bags in garbage cans left for guests to do. When filling out comment card and dropping in staff immediately retrieved and questioned guest on why low rating.

Disappointing

Disliked: The toilet was broken. We had to take the lid off and untangle the chain after every use.When my son went to us the pull out bed it was full of crumbs and a plastic wrap on it was falling apart. The room wasn't very clean.
