Liked: The staff was efficent and friendly. This location has a Night Porter that was fantastic!! making us feel safe and welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and had a large selction .
Disliked: The front part of hotel was in the middle of a renovation so he had to access through the back door and that was kinda strange. The pool did not look clean and was not filtering water as it should have been.

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Had a good hot breakfast with variety.
Disliked: Was a little farther from the Expo Center than we would have liked. Was approx. 20 min. away, but for the price it was ok. The toilet was stopped up but fixed right away. We could not get the TV to turn off on last day.

Liked: The hotel was a good value. It was clean, comfortable and had a good free hot breakfast. It was a bit dated and needs some upgrades but for the price it was in reasonable condition.
Disliked: Needs some upgrades but for the price, it was a good value.

Liked: My room was not ready when I got there I have contacted customer service I'm trying to get a refund and they keep bouncing me back and forth I'm very upset
Disliked: The lady at the desk was very rude
