Liked: Room was clean and has a sofa.
Disliked: Rooms were very tired and really need to be refreshed, especially the sofa which was totally threadbare. The AC is very loud and there was some other mechanical noise that made the entire room shake.

Liked: I loved that there were actually three beds in the room
Disliked: I had to specially request a set of sheets for the hide-a-bed, even though we had told them there would be 3 guests staying there.I like more covers than most people when I sleep, so requested an extra blanket for my bed. What they gave me was so thin that I was still pretty cold most of the night.
