Liked: Very good breakfast. Large bathroom. Large bedroom. Everything worked. Elevator worked fine. Anna at the front was very helpful.
Disliked: Can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Liked: Nice roomy room with a couch, chair, and a steel. The breakfast was kept full so everything was available as customers came to eat. Staff was friendly

Liked: Never had ANT TROUBLE AT ANY OTHER COMFORT SUITES bringing my Certified Emotional Support Dog at a charge. Hotel Manager Sheryll, Refused to allow my Certified Emotional Support Dog to stay for free and tried to charge an extra $200 for the stay. Asked for Corporate Office Number for Extended Stay on Meadows Road from Desk Clerk Kevin ( Who at first, was going to add my dog for free to stay, until he spoke with Sheryll, the Hotel Manager). Waited for ES Corporate Office Number. Had to look it up myself. Will not stay at ES on Meadows Road in the future.Unfairly, Tried to charge for Certified Dog:(
Disliked: The place smelled like weed smokers were all around. People came to front desk stinking like weed or dog boo boo:( Didn't miss that part of the stay.

The stay was fairly decent.

Liked: The area was decent and quiet
Disliked: The room was clean but the fact we didn’t have a microwave to reheat food was a huge disappointment. The curtains had holes in them, the swimming pool was down, wish that was noted on website because we wouldn’t had booked here to stay. The elevator was broken when we first arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up the steps and I had an elderly person with me which was definitely not ok in my opinion. Overall, I was kind of disappointed.
