Liked: Very little. The main desk help was very professional.
Disliked: The breakfast had very few healthy options. First place I've ever been without bananas. The breakfast staff person ignored our requests related to the pancake batter being out. She was very UNhelpful. They cut the water off so no one in the facility could even go to the bathroom. They had absolutely NO idea when the water would be back...they couldn't reach their plumber. It never came back on. I expressly (but kindly) left word for the Manager to contact me to discuss the situation. I emphasized the importance of a phone or email contact. Never heard a word. Our rooms were dirty and had mold formations in the bathrooms.

Liked: Friendly people working there. The place was so clean and the room was fantastic. This is our second visit but will not be our last!
