A good hotel to stay...

Liked: Your hotel was comparable to the Hampton hotel I recently stayed at. I will most likely return to one of your hotels. Your morning front end clerk Jen was amazing. She is very friendly and acomodating. Your other staff was friendly as well. Everyone made sure our stay was comfortable.
Disliked: I wish the pool was open sooner than 11 am.

Stop Trying to Wrongfully Charge...

Disliked: They’ve been trying to charge the same amount I paid for the room the entire time I stayed. They tried all times of the day and night to see if they could wrongfully charge me. I had to block them off my card just in case I forget to lock it I shouldn’t have to do that. I ate breakfast and was served day old chocolate milk. I just don’t appreciate how they’re trying to scam people and give them old food without checking it.

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Food was kept hot.
Disliked: Decaf coffee was weak.

Housekeeping is lacking

Liked: The facilities itself is really nice. The furniture is nice wood nice counters etc
Disliked: The housekeeping is lacking . The room was very dirty like trash behind the fridge and under the night stands, I only knew because I had to search for the remote which I found under a table. The shower walls were very dirty. Really just needs an actual cleaning and I would have given a much higher score. The mattress felt old and springy and prob needs an upgrade.

Liked: Loved how spacious and clean the room was.
Disliked: The elevator button on the first floor didn't work, but the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful each time help was needed.

Wasted an hour looking for...

Liked: Booking let us book our motel at 2 locations when bother were already booked!! Shame on u
Disliked: Booking allowed when not available ! Expedia let us know sold out
