Convenient location

Liked: The location was convenient and lots of food options near by
Disliked: For 225$ me and my daughter stayed in a king suite and there were no towels, went to front desk and only got two body towels . Never received face towels. Also two chairs by ice machine and appears that no one had swept that area in awhile

nasty hotel, horrible service and...

Liked: the bed was big and the AC was very cold.
Disliked: the bedding was atrocious. the duvet insert they tried to pass off as a comforter was shredded with the batting falling out, and when i asked for new bedding they took all day to get it to me, but only after i hounded them for it because the bare mattress was stained and covered in crumbs. the new duvet was also riddled with holes.not only that but the hot water was pathetic. when we turned it on it was warm at best and the faucet squealed the entire time we showered. the toilet overflowed when we flushed it after using it, using a normal amount of toilet paper for only urine.the worst part was the desk staff. the housekeepers were so sweet and helpful but the manager didn't seem to give a d*mn about us at all. her tone was flat like she was bored with us, talked on the phone the entire time we checked in and was super dismissive when i complained about the room. we paid nearly $300 for two nights, and i have had better experiences at a $69 motel. it's disappointing and ridiculous what they are allowed to get away with. and i can already tell you that Jedika Diaz is going to reply to this review the same way she always does: a bland copy and pasted response about how "sorry" she is about she "hopes we'll give them a second chance." LMAO
