Choose a better place.

Liked: It was a nice location.
Disliked: The hotel was okay at first but then we started noticing things. The shower tub was absolutely nasty, we had black spots in it and hair left over from, I’m guessing the last stay. Which indicates to me that it was not cleaned properly before our stay. The toilet barely flushed, when we would go to flush it the water would rise all up and then the waste eventually went down after about 2 mins. Eventually it just stopped flushing so i went and asked for a plunger ( just cause I hate conflict and i thought it would be an easy fix). I used the plunger for about 20 mins and it didn’t help AT ALL. When i took the plunger back down and told the front desk person it didn’t help, he came up to look hisself. Once he realized the toilet was actually broken he told me that maintenance would be up. Hours went by and we still hadn’t seen or heard from maintenance. We were getting ready to go out (SHOWERING) when maintenance finally knocked on the door, which was unfortunate because we were using the bathroom at the moment. I told them they would have to come back and 20 mins when we would be gone from the room. This was at 2:51 PM, the guy proceeded to tell me with an attitude that BOTH maintenance men were leaving at 3:00 PM ( mind you the toilet stopped working around 9:30 AM). We had to use the lobby rest room for the rest of that day and a little of the next before the problem was fixed…… Now lets get to the bed, we were laying down and so happened my partners leg got caught on something, flipped the cover over and discovered a holy comforter, we left a note asking for all the sheets and comforter to be changed. When we came back for the day it was the same sheets and comforter that it was before. We decided to wait on housekeeping the next day snd physically tell them in order for the sheets to be changed.

Liked: The location was perfect. Staff was excellent.
Disliked: I have no complaints at this time.

Disliked: The hotel had bed bugs. It was not clean it was crumbs in the bed the floors were not mopped

Liked: I didn’t like anything service was horrible and the room was nothing like it appeared on website, they moved me to three different rooms still no jacuzzi tubs dirty and don’t work I really hate this
Disliked: Again everything was horrible instead of giving me what I paid for I had to settle so slept in car
