Liked: The location of the hotel was great. The staff was pretty friendly.
Disliked: We had the king suite with jacuzzi. The water did not get hot in the jacuzzi. The remote was tapped up. The restroom had this weird sound like the water was constantly running. For the price they charge I at least expected these things.

Disliked: The staff behind the desk sitting on their phones texting rather than help us at the counter. Also, another time, several of us wanted to buy snacks, but the staff was not available. During breakfast our family was in line waiting patiently for the waffle maker once we were up and started to make our waffles a kitchen staff approached us and was asked to only use one waffle maker in case another family needed to use it. Mind you, we were the last one in the line. For check out the staff was ignoring us we had to ring the bell when she was 4 feet away sitting in her chair

Liked: I like that there is an indoor pool but it does get crowded on the weekends. The staff was helpful. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast isn’t very good, the hot tub wasn’t hot and the chemicals were too strong, the lock on the bedroom door in 217 can be undone by a 4 year old and it always smelled bad in the hallway. We could hear the people above us very well and they were up late. We went without water for several hours one evening so we couldn’t shower after swimming. There is a spotlight outside pointing directly at the window so we had to use hair clips and towels to block the light from coming in overnight. Hotel needs updates. Not a single lamp outlet worked so we had to unplug lamps to use the outlets.

Liked: The rooms were big with a lot of space, but they are not well kept.There is also a horrible smell in the hotel like some type of cleaning product, but is like too strong
Disliked: When we checked in there was no water in the property, instead of canceling our reservation because clearly they could not provide the basis services (like water!). The hotel staff told us water would be re-established within the hour- clearly a lie. It was only I called booking.com twice that at 9pm they told us the water was not going to be restored. We were 2 families with 6 kids including a baby, we had to find another hotel by ourselves and move late at night.
