Terrible!

Liked: location was good
Disliked: Our room didn't smell the best when we walked in. We were tired from driving and figured we could deal with it. We took a few minutes to unpack a few things and went out to eat. When we returned we realized that the room was filthy! We were too tired from driving all day and decided not to complain because the beds seemed to have been clean. We left in the morning at 6am and there was no one at the desk to let them know of the situation in the room, therefore, I will be contacting the corporate office regarding our experience. You do not want me to post pictures, I will be sending those to the corporate office!

False advertising of ammities, pool...

Liked: Warm water, good TV, fair bed, exterior maintenance was excellent. Staff was polite.
Disliked: Large dirty tennis shoes left in the closet, no bath linen, hair on bathroom counter, no non-slip strips in the bathtub. Microwave didn't work, refrigerator did not work; when I asked for anther refrigerator they said they do not have refrigerators for the rooms they are just "cooling boxes". I needed a print out of my bill since I was staying for medical treatment and needed to submit this to the medical research billing. They told me I could get it through email. Well in my home town I live in Nags Head, no internet access, I have to travel 20 miles to a UPS store to get them to print it off for me and pay $1.20/ sheet. My GPS gave me a bad route, but there was a lot of road construction in the area and I had to take the long way around to get there. There are not any healthy good places to eat close to the hotel. Bottom line......I will NEVER stay there again.

Pleasant

Liked: The cleaning people came in our room while we were out and took all the soap and left 3 guys with no soap. In addition to that, a few of the guys I traveled with got sick from the coffee served. Diarrhea and vomiting after they drank the coffee. We stay there every year and didn’t have a problem until this year.
Disliked: The pull out bed mattress was terrible. Maybe get some toppers?

Liked: The shower curtain was dirty. The A/c wasn’t cooling just a very bad experience.
