Disappointing

Good location, comfortable room and...

Liked: The hotel has a very good location with easy access to the highway. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very comfortable, they have microwave and a fridge. There is also a coin washer and dryer. The breakfast was really good and the hotel room was clean, just keep in mind that if staying for several days, room cleaning needs to be requested.
Disliked: One of the staff members at the reception named Richie was rude and had a really bad attitude. Thankfully he was the only one as to everybody else working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The duvet cover had a couple of stains.

Liked: The king suite was amazing. So clean and comfortable. As was the rest of the hotel. I really liked the snack bar!
