Liked: The hotel was so nice and comfortable! Everyone went above and beyond and the location was perfect. We hated to leave- lol.

Handicap Accessible Rooms Need Work

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We asked for a handicap accessible room; I was told we were put in one but there were no bars in the bathroom to assist my mom so she couldn't take a shower the whole time we were there. I also had to wash her hair in the sink. I asked if they could move us to another room and was told no, they were booked up. The bed was also high off the ground which made it difficult for her to get in at night. I'm not sure how someone in a wheelchair could handle the bathroom or bed.

No air 3rd floor. Elevator...

Liked: I took a video bc the air doesn’t work. It said to you the wall one. The wall one was fake. When I tried to tell the guy at the front and show him the video. He couldn’t care less and said he worked there 5 years it’s not fake. Then wouldn’t give me a receipt for check out. He told me I “have to turn it on” I said how can you turn something in that is fake?
