Not a good idea....
Liked: Even though our stay wasn't the best, I have to say that the staff at the desk tried in every way possible to fix the problems.
Disliked: As soon as we walked into our room, the smell was horrible. We had our room changed to yet another room that smelled. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom, the room looked old and outdated. The trim was broken and hanging around the AC unit. Hair on the sides of the shower and the ceiling sprinkler was so rusty, who knows if it would even work if there was an actual fire. The carpet was so filthy that if you got into the bed, the dirt from your feet would follow. As soon as we pulled the comforter back, there were many spots of dried blood on the underside. The phone didn't work in the room so we could contact the front desk. The front desk personnel tried so hard to make it right the best they could. The young man stripped our beds including the mattress covers and remade them right in front of us. The next day, my husband and I went to get into the elevator with our 3 year old and there was wet blood on the floor of the elevator.

Disappointing
Liked: The staff was very helpful with early check in
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The fold out bed for the couch had a dirty sheet that was covered in stains and hair. We were highly disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room.

Very disappointed as I stay...
Liked: Location was great. Pool & hot tub were great.
Disliked: Floors in the room were slippery & sticky as if they had been mopped with soap & not rinsed . There was an odor I the room that smelled like sulfur or gas, the room was right above the pool area so we assumed it could be pool chemicals. We mentioned concerns to front desk & were told there was nobody available to check anything until Monday. They did clean the room & mop the floors which were better.

Very good
Liked: The airport shuttle is fantastic, even at 5 am!
Disliked: The room had a funky smell, also the room needed an update.

Liked: The location to the airport was very convenient
Disliked: The facility was very run down needing MANY repairs and updates. We had requested a shuttle at 5am and it was not ready until 5:30 which made our airport schedule very tight.

Bad
Liked: I received an email (copied and pasted below) that our request couldn't be accommodated so other arrangements were made. However we were charged for the service. It was a very late plane arrival with thunderstorms affecting all travel. We didn't have the luxury of debating how to handle. Please remove the charges as we didn't use the reservation due to the response below that we received. The place needs a big...
Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Dirty moldy showers Sticky carpets Put prices up a lot All key cards were disconnected one night and they blamed it on our iPhones close to cards…for the whole hotel?
