Very nice property grounds, great...

Liked: The property was warm, bright and inviting. The color schemes of the first floor were modern and appealing to look at to the eye.
Disliked: The room looked ‘clean’ but upon further inspection, with little ones you further inspect everything—the room was not thoroughly deep cleaned. The coffee table had smudges, fingerprints and what I can only assume was grease spots on it. The couch arms were brown, the couch was blue—this was obvious. 2 of the 3 bottom cushions had liquid marks on them. I wouldn’t even let my twin toddlers sit on the couch. We also experienced a “misunderstanding” between the front desk and housekeeping. We were eating breakfast and had relocated most of our items to the car, with full intent of going back upstair, run all kiddos through the restroom once more and grabbing our refrigerated drinks for the ride home. Both my husband and I discussed this with a different employee and there was no apology or offer to replace our unopened beverages that were simply thrown out. This was really disheartening and uncalled for. An apology can go along way!
