Liked: The location was good. It is close to the airport and not far from the French Quarters.
Disliked: Greetings,I booked my room from Feb16th through the 22nd at The Comfort Inn Suites in Kenner, LA.First of all the elevator was not working, secondly the pool was closed, and lastly there was constant banging in the morning from some sort of work being done in the building. I'm very dissatisfied to say the least. When I asked the front desk what kind of compensation will be offered for my inconvenience, she said none. I would have booked at another hotel if I would have known that all of this would have taken place during my stay. So my question for you is, what are you going to do to make this right!Let me be clear, I don't look for handouts, but this is ridiculous.Sincerely,Mr. Harris

Disliked: Elevators were broken no discount or no one helping taking luggage up 4 flights of steps. Breakfast was horrible.
