Liked: Overall I like my stay breakfast was the usual it was nice to have.room was nice but not a suite vibe as it stated.
Disliked: I didn’t like the property has already charged my card even though it was listed as a property to pay upon arrival. I didn’t want the card I had used for my actual stay.

Disliked: Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent StayDuring my stay, I encountered a few issues that impacted my overall comfort. One of the elevators was out of service, which caused delays and inconvenience. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom was not functioning properly. Lastly, I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable, which affected my quality of sleep.I wanted to bring these matters to your attention in hopes that they can be addressed for the benefit of future guests. I appreciate your attention to this feedback and thank you for your time.

Liked: It’s very close by and it’s really not hard to book
Disliked: Didn’t like the one elevator working which isn’t a big deal .

Liked: the front people complained about everything small thing we did. we whispered the entire time because they tried to say we were loud even while we whispered they sat outside of our door to listen.
