Not worth the money spent for the hotel room. Customer service was pleasant, but accommodations were not in good shape at all.

Disliked: Hide a bed in poor shape, actually kind of disgusting.

Liked: Location and breakfast good. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Toilet seat - one side bolt broken. Could have used one more bath towel - as I use one for my long hair and one for body & hubby uses one. Workers were hard to understand. Could use an ice machine on each floor.

Disliked: Coffee pot didn't work either morning and phone didn't work the first morning. Didn't get home with my good gold earrings. Don't know what happened to them. The morning we were leaving a wonderful girl employee assisted us (a 93 year old and an 87 year old) with our luggage.

Disliked: It was disgustingly dirty!!!! Mold or something black on the bathroom ceiling, dirty bedding and the entire place stunk. It was a holiday weekend so options were limited on availability and prices and we were exhausted. We checked in later than planned and planned to leave early the next day so we stayed.
