Comfort Suites Kansas City-Liberty

Not worth the money spent for the hotel room. Customer service was pleasant, but accommodations were not in good shape at all.

Disliked: Hide a bed in poor shape, actually kind of disgusting.

Liked: We didn't get breakfast.
Disliked: Coffee pot didn't work either morning and phone didn't work the first morning. Didn't get home with my good gold earrings. Don't know what happened to them. The morning we were leaving a wonderful girl employee assisted us (a 93 year old and an 87 year old) with our luggage.

Will never stay here again!!!

Disliked: It was disgustingly dirty!!!! Mold or something black on the bathroom ceiling, dirty bedding and the entire place stunk. It was a holiday weekend so options were limited on availability and prices and we were exhausted. We checked in later than planned and planned to leave early the next day so we stayed.

It was ok, not great....

Liked: The big staircase .
Disliked: The smell In the lobby area, I wasn’t able to enjoy my breakfast.

Disliked: Everything else. Worn out, peeling wallpaper, tiny disgusting elevator. This place is really sketchy and not at all up the to standards you would expect from Comfort Suites- the worst one I've ever stayed at.

Liked: Very good breakfast. Location fairly easy to find.
Disliked: Front desk clerk difficult to understand and to deal with. I think he doesn't respect women.

Liked: THE BEDS UNCOMFORTABLE. THE DESK CHAIR WAS TO SMALL FOR ME TO SIT IN. YES I WEIGH 340. THE COUCH IN THE ROOM IS OLD AND WORN OUT.THE BREAKFAST WAS BERY GOOD. IT HAS ALL THE USUAL STUFF.
