Disappointing

Disliked: The pool was closed and was not told till after I paid. When you’re paying a lot for a stay and paying for the pool I think that customer should be informed or price dropped. Also all the breakfast everyday they were always out

Disappointing and unhelpful staff

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: The main reason for choosing this hotel, the pool, was broken. This was nowhere mentioned when booking a day before and it also turned out that it had been broken for a while.

Poor

Disliked: The room that was booked in advance was not the room that we were given, had booked 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Stayed in room with 1 king bed and 1 pull out couch, for 5 people.Complimentary breakfast was 6:30-10 am, Sunday. Family went to eat breakfast about 9 am. There was hardly any food, plates, cups, or silverware. The food was not checked or filled by staff. There was a sign posted stating they were waiting on a delivery, but staff could have kept what was available filled.

It was okay.

Liked: The staff was very polite and friendly.
Disliked: The room smelled musty with a faint pet urine smell. We had a dog so we had a pet friendly room. It seemed like a dog had peed on the floor in the past and they didn’t let it dry all the way after cleaning it up.The shower drain was plugged.

Spacious rooms, accommodating and cheerful...

Liked: Specious room but worn carpet, fridge not working well nor air conditioner, ended up having to change rooms. Very helpful and accommodating and cheerful staff.
Disliked: Quite a few things were not working or not open like the pool, air conditioning and washing machine. Lights would go dimmer and brighter off and on in the room. Washing machine did not complete the rinse and spin cycle. Maintenance came and adjusted it but problem wasn’t solved..

Complete disappointment, and a health...

Liked: The location was accessible from the highway.
Disliked: This place is absolutely filthy. The beds are not clean. The sheets are not clean (look, feel, or smell). The cover on the pillow was stained and disgusting… it is absolutely horrible. The pool is closed down because it was condemned(??) and no one is able to tell us why that wasn’t communicated. 100% disappointment.

Liked: The beds were clean.
Disliked: The internet was down. The phones didn't work. There were no towels or wash clothes in our roomThe door were all locked other than the front entrance prioer to 9 pm. Their hot tub ruined mine and my boyfriend's swimsuits because of too high chloride content.

Liked: Breakfast was gone by 8:00 on Sunday morning. Saturday was perfect. Saturday the guy was working hard to keep up. Sunday no one was there or cared.
Disliked: Lack of food.Room was clean.
