Complete disappointment, and a health...
Liked: The location was accessible from the highway.
Disliked: This place is absolutely filthy. The beds are not clean. The sheets are not clean (look, feel, or smell). The cover on the pillow was stained and disgusting… it is absolutely horrible. The pool is closed down because it was condemned(??) and no one is able to tell us why that wasn’t communicated. 100% disappointment.

It cost me money to...
Liked: The beds were clean.
Disliked: The internet was down. The phones didn't work. There were no towels or wash clothes in our roomThe door were all locked other than the front entrance prioer to 9 pm. Their hot tub ruined mine and my boyfriend's swimsuits because of too high chloride content.

Room needs to have the...
Liked: Breakfast was gone by 8:00 on Sunday morning. Saturday was perfect. Saturday the guy was working hard to keep up. Sunday no one was there or cared.
Disliked: Lack of food.Room was clean.

GARBAGE
Liked: There really wasn't anything to like about our stay here other than a bed to sleep in.
Disliked: None of the amenities were working or cleaned or open. Everything that pushed us to choose this property online was shutdown or out of service. Everything else there was dirty or nonexistent. The staff was short, rude and unhelpful and that was when we could find staff, otherwise it seemed as if the property were ran by customers.

The proximity to Lake Mills...
Liked: the second day had hot food.
Disliked: The first day we stayed, there was no hot food. We waited almost 45 minutes for the hot food to arrive. There was also no milk for cereal. The pitcher was empty. The orange juice did not work the first day, and the second day the apple juice had a green tinge to it. The bathrooms had three small bath towels and no place to hang them up after use.The hot tub did not work the first day and the main pool was way too hot for little children. There were also no towels in the pool area. The pull-out couch was torn and tattered and looked like a cat or dog had clawed the sides. After requesting a no pet room, it as obvious that the room we were in had been a room where pets had been. By next morning I was had severe allergic reactions. The refrigerator did not keep items cold, probably due tot he fact that the freezer had at least 4 inches of ice build-up on it. We were told there was only one housekeeper. Used sheets and towels were in the hallway outside the rooms all day. We ended up getting clean sheets and towels but had to make the bed ourselves. In tow of the rooms the thermostat simply read ERR, and controlled nothing.The pop machines were out of product, and there was no ice machine on 2nd floor. The elevator was rather sketchy too. Quite often, once the door closed the button for 1st or 2nd floor did not work when pushed.The outdoor furniture around the fire pit was old, warped and splintered and there was an overabundance of weeds in the landscaped area. The retention wall blocks were crumbling and dislodged in man areas.
