Liked: Our room had an intense vibration in floor with sound of malfunction of something in criling..next morning at 8 am drilling and sawing in ceiling above...end of rest...we were too tired to switch rooms in the night...room needs a deep cleaning..
Disliked: Vibration in floor and walls..sounded like malfunction of equipment in ceiling..there were drilling and sawing sounds starting at 8 am..room needs a deep cleaning...headboard dirty and shower walls..nit worth price paid

Not a bad stay, but disappointed in expectation vs reality of the pool area.

Liked: The stay was overall enjoyable. We were not placed on a floor with a lot of commotion or other issues. Staff was kind and accommodating. Our room was clean.
Disliked: We booked an extra night to take our time getting around and leaving on our final day. This was partly due to their pool/hot tub area and how excited my daughter was for it. The hot tub was luke warm at best and the jets were not working. The pool also was not as enjoyable because there was a large group that was taking it up most of our stay.
