Bed not so comfortable
Disliked: The bed had springs in it. It was a little worn.

We had a good time...
Liked: The location was great as was the cleanliness and staff.
Disliked: There isn’t a hot tub in the pool area as advertised. Also the pool water is freezing, my children refused to swim after 5 minutes.

Pleasant stay
Liked: Breakfast had many options. Convenient location.
Disliked: The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and dirty underneath the mattress. The pool, on the website, said it was heated but it was cold.

Liked: The convenience of the location. The daytime staff seemed ok and stayed on top of keeping the breakfast filled.
Disliked: The sofa bed was awful. And there seemed to be a lot of sketchy things at night. We arrived late.

Great place to stay when...
Liked: Front desk worker (J. Michael) was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of selections.
Disliked: Didn’t care for the bacon at breakfast. The hubs didn’t believe it was “real bacon”; but, everything else was great!
