Liked: The location was perfect for the tournament we were there for. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I had to ask for something to clean the fridge as it was obvious old sticky and molding looking stuff on the door and in the bottom. I always travel with gloves, so I used that same cleaner for the entire bathroom. It also had not been cleaned. When I raised the toilet lid I could see that it had not been clean by the water stains. The front of the AC unit was broken and eventually fell off, but it did cool the room really well.The breakfast sausage was very undercooked. Even with heat and eat it should be cooked longer. Most importantly, I paid for my room through Booking.com and the property still charged my card.

Disliked: I paid for a room with a spa tub as advertised it was a regular bathtub and the front desk wouldn’t do anything but charge me an extra $50 per night claiming a regular bath tub is a spa tub even tho the add said bathtub, spa tub, hair dryer for the bathroom. The whole unit was filthy. furniture looked chewed up by an animal. The elevator smelled like dog piss all weekend. the “heated pool” was ice cold. They stopped serving breakfast way before the advertised end time. My bed look like it had red and black stains I rather not know what from. I really feel like I’m owed something. As nothing was helped or accommodated. I have pictures of how dirty the place was.. the entire stay was just sub par at best.

Disliked: The price on the weekends was outrageous 😕 pool was ice cold We stayed there for 3 days and tried to get another night and the owner said, NO And then only have us $40 of the $150 deposit we put and room was cleaner after we left then when we arrived at hotel!
