Disliked: The bath tub was full of rust. Towel were hard crisp. There were alcohol shot bottles empty and tossed in bushes and side of sidewalk and were there for entire 3 days. Bed rock hard..linens wouldn't even come up to shoulder. Only stayed there because nothing else available. Would not want to stay again.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tolerable.
Disliked: Rooms were very dirty. Deris and dust behind and under furniture. Not enough electrical outlets. We had to purchase a multi outlet cord. The manager was no help with this. He did change our room to one that was less dirty but still bad. I should have taken photos.

Liked: Location was good. We had stayed in a Comfort Suites the night before in Lake City FL that was great. This 1 in Jackson was terrible.
Disliked: The bathroom in our room 124 was disgusting. The toilet lid had part broken off and around the bottom of the toilet, it didn’t sit correctly on the floor and it was totally gross all around the bottom. I took pictures in case anyone wanted to see

Walked out of the room...

Disliked: Still waiting on a refund as the bed had bed bugs.
