Pretty good but next time...

Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast food was acceptable but the dining area was way way too small to handle the number of guests. It was miserable.

Liked: We liked the staff, the view, the balcony, the price, and the location. Thank you for being a pet friendly establishment
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and patio. We found garbage, stains, and dust in all three of them.

I would spend a little...

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was murky and had dead bugs in it. The curtains had an infestation of some sort of bug I’ve never seen. When you tried to open the curtains they would fall on you.

False advertising.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: I paid for a city view. Got a parking lot view. Desk clerk said it was a city view.Sorry, I’ve been to Idaho Falls many times. False advertising. Change your advertising.

Great location but need a...

Liked: Location was great and good value for money. Riverwalk was so pretty next to it. Room was large and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It was not very clean and very noisy. We could hear everything in the lobby (room was close to it). One outlet did not work and nothing charged overnight.
