Liked: The manager is a very sweet lady and she took care of us and made our stay better than the previous night that I dealt with the moody receptionist. She even offered to serve us breakfast after the breakfast hours just to make sure we had a better stay. She was super nice and understanding.
Disliked: The front desk receptionist (Britt) was super rude she had attitude and claimed to be the manager when I asked for management to complaint about her. She’s very unprofessional and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but the next day she was the same so maybe she’s just a miserable person.
