It was ok.
Liked: The staff was great and friendly.
Disliked: The toilet was leaking and flooding the bathroom. They handled it but it was still and inconvenience to have to have someone come fix it at ten at night.

Liked: I liked the size of the room and amenities. Staff was great.
Disliked: The pull out bed was broken. They did offer to have us change rooms but we had already unpacked and were going to sleep. The breakfast milk was warm and coming out in chunks.

Hairy room
Liked: The bed sheets wore dirty. The bathroom looks like they cleaned it in a rush. There was hair on the tub and stains in the toilet seat. It is a very bad housekeeping service. When a call to complain about the bed sheets. The housekeeping supervisor and the front desk argued that the hair all over the bed was from the laundry personnel when the sheet got folded. That the stains and rincles wore because the sheets wore old. The only thing they offer me is to give another sheet. They didn't even offer to make the bed over for me. They both very rode to me I only use the because the location was very close for the eve8i was atendig.
Disliked: I would love to get my money back but I'll be happy with a partial refund and also for them to treat their gess better. A good costumer services and housekeeping training would work wonders in that place.

Disliked: Amanda (manager) very rude. We had canceled one reservation and made another at a cheaper rate. She canceled the cheaper one. We had checked "pay at hotel". We wanted to use another card and she got all sassy about it. Then they charged the card we were holding it with and the card we used at hotel. She said it would be 7-10 days to drop off. So, in one sitting, they charged $113, $108 and $510 to one card and $568 on another card. We asked how she would feel about it if they did to her pay check. She said it wouldn't bother her. Yeah...right?!?! We checked in on Wed and checked out Tues which is when it finally dropped off. She told me I had an attitude.... We were in town for my dad's funeral so... you screwing everything up caused a major attitude with her being extremely rude. Then they wanted to blame everything on oilfield workers and corporate office. After I walked out, she settled most of it; however, for the next 6 days, if we asked for anything, the entire front desk was rude. She said we should not use any third party booking....well, they didn't screw up the double charging, etc., you did. Got to our room to find black hair all over the sink. The rooms had a horrible smell. Someone on the 4th floor was smoking pot as it reeked of it. Went down for breakfast a couple of times around 8 and everything was empty. When we were coming in one night, another guy was yelling at them as they had done his reservation wrong so seems to be a trend.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
