I would suggest staying somewhere...

Liked: Too many strangers hanging around the building
Disliked: It’s a non-smoking building and people still smokes in the building. No microwave and that’s comes with my room and not only that very hot water to wear. It will burn your skin because the cold water doesn’t work . The owner doesn’t care about his customers or workers it’s sad.

Disliked: The mngr and the guy that worked front desk during my check in. I waited an hour for check in because the front desk guy stated that the system was down so the owner had to do my check in from home. But as soon as the female(Susan) came in to work she checked me in immediately. All this lying and bad business because the guy didn’t have a log in

It’s SUCKED!!!!

Liked: First and foremost I was put in a room where the door DOES NOT WORK (#215 DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU IN THAT ROOM) I was given the room by the manager on duty the night I checked in. My family and I went up to the room to get some much needed rest from being on the road only to find out that the key card didn’t work, so I went down stairs to let the front desk know but the woman who had originally checked me in was gon and another young lady was there and I explained to her that they keys weren’t working she then asked my room number and once I told her she dropped her head and said “why would she put you in that room knowing the lock is messed up” she then had to find the “maintenance man” only for him to tell her to try and see if the machine they use to manually open the doors was working WHICH IT WASNT! It took about 45 mins for them to get this hand held device to work (I would also like to add I asked for a different room but was told it was currently full) finally my family and I were able to lay down but not before the young lady informed me that in order for us to get back in our rooms we’d have to let someone at the front desk know and they’d let us back in! Well the following day my family and I went out to do our festivities and returned to the room about 5pm I did exactly what I was told to do only to be told by the clerk that the hand held machine didn’t work and there was NOTHING they could do to get me in my room! I have you know I sat in that lobby for 5hrs waiting to get to my property that was “stuck” in the room! I beg with them to open the door but was met with “there’s nothing we can do” even after I explained that two of my children needed their medication still nothing! Well somewhat happy ending they finally broke the door down (AFTER 5hrs) and it took an additional 40mins to get me in another room! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

Liked: There were several things wrong but elevator was broke The guy at the front desk all he did was smoke pot they put us in a dirty room the very first night we were there I have to go down and tell him there were several things wrong

Disliked: Booking service , by mistake I book a room twice and even when I cancelled one you cherged twice, I want my money back

Liked: I went during Mardi Gras and it was the most affordable clean hotel you could get
Disliked: It was affordable
