Great staff, bad elevator.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond. Our cable box didn’t work and the receptionist literally ran up and downstairs to get us one that worked. Maintenance was very friendly and helpful. The property itself was conveniently located.
Disliked: Elevator would take us up to our floor but switch was bad and we had to use the stairs to go down.

Liked: Did not like anything about this place. Was actually disgusted with having to sleep here.
Disliked: Smelled like smoke and very unpleasant upon walking in to the front desk. No AC and felt very humid. Elevator wasn’t working. Smelled horrible in the hallways and stairway. Room also smelled like wet dog and smoke and felt very humid. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Disliked: The Air conditioner was leaking, came back room smelled sweaty,wet and damp.

Treat yourself better, go somewhere...

Disliked: Our first morning there, we went down to get breakfast and there was barely anything there. No hot food as described in the booking and they didn't have anything but bread and waffles. Later that day we moved a desk to plug in the coffee maker and noticed the back of it was covered in growing mold. I notified the front desk and all they said was they can move me to another room with no compensation. They said they couldn't that I had to go through my booking company to get it and if they needed verification that they would if they called so I called booking company and they called the hotel and they denied it so they lied to my face. I asked to speak with the manager and they said they can have them reach out to me and 4 days later still nothing. The property had an old smell to it and the rooms had bugs. We killed multiple big roaches. People were sitting out front smoking weed and the front desk lady was out there with them at different times of us coming and going. We were only in the room to sleep otherwise I would have been looking for another place to stay. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
