Very comfortable stay

Liked: Softest bed ever, internal entry rooms made us feel safe, black out curtains, diverse breakfast offerings, large room with sitting area
Disliked: Nothing, everything perfect

Great place and great value

Liked: Phenomenal staff, extremely friendly.
Disliked: Location and surrounding area needs a little improvement but nothing towards the hotel

Liked: Absolutely nothing! It was a shit show from when we got there from having to switch rooms and all.
Disliked: Double charges, night staff wasn’t the best just a bunch of run around from the start of us checking in.

Liked: It was clean Our room was cleaned and restocked when asked They gave us nonissue about storing our jeep parts such as doors in room while out enjoying the day

Liked: The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff were awesome.
Disliked: My room was extremely humid. No central AC just a window unit. They charge your card the night before you get there. If your card is locked they will cancel your room if you don’t verify over the phone but won’t tell you until you get there. Luckily I was able to book online again. The carpet was so dirty it stained my baby’s clothes and feet as he crawled. The room was relatively clean otherwise just dated. Microwave was broken but useable. Front desk staff was very rude and sarcastic. They also take cash deposits which gave me a shady feeling.
