Liked: The second shift worker Mr. G was awesome.
Disliked: The pool was closed half a day and a full day which was the worst on a 4 day 3 night trip with small kids. And the website on booking said there was a hot tub and there wasn’t.

Liked: Everything. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite and actually took the time to remember our name.
Disliked: Wish there would have been a little bit bigger breakfast selection and the breakfast worker could have been a little more polite. When asked a question she acted like you inconvenienced her whole day.

Liked: The night receptionist was an amazing human being! The breakfast was good wish there were more fruit options
Disliked: No extra bedding for pull out, no shampoo, no lotion, and no laundry bag. Hallway of 4th floor was like 100 degrees just way to hot!
