Disappointed

Liked: The location was good. The lady at the desk during the day was so nice.
Disliked: I did not like that the first day there we saw a live roach on the wall. The ceiling above the entry door to the room looked like it had water damage before and there was what looked like black mold where the water damage had been. It is supposed to be a smoke free facility however arriving back one night we were met at the elevator with the stinch of cigarette smoke. When we got to our room the smell had entered our room and we got headaches from it. We opened the window and finally called the front desk. She came up and sprayed something that was supposed to help with the smell. She then stated it was probably the door dash guy that had just came. I don't think so because the smell was coming from a room close to ours. I guess she didn't want to confront the smoking guest. There was only one working ice machine in the whole hotel and the hand sanitizer dispenser did not work on our floor.

Come here if u need...

Liked: It’s always clean and quiet. Very convenient area and the staff are SUPER nice. Also, my husband was was on crutches, and the lady at the front desk made a call to her manager and accommodated us by finding a room a the first floor

The stay was great. The...

Liked: The hotel was clean and so were the rooms.
Disliked: Checking in. The first day of checking in the receptionist was rude. I was trying to get my card out and transfer funds to a certain card I wanted to lose and she was really rushy, Sucking her teeth.
