Staff was helpful and polite. The lady who worked the breakfast area was very helpful. She jumped in before you asked a question. Great!

Liked: It was clean and neat. It also had a pleasant smell in the lobby and the room.
Disliked: Breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: When we arrived the staff told us the type of room we booked was oversold (??? How can that be possible ??), so we either take a smaller room for the same price or find somewhere else?No regard of the fact that we had 2 teenagers with us, who wouldn’t ve been able to sleep in the smaller room. The room itself was dated and breakfast of low quality.I would 100% avoid this place next time.

Liked: It was close to the wedding venue we were attending.
Disliked: The pool was not open, the hot breakfast was not ready even at 730, an hour after it opened and then it was cold and not enough food was out. Then the waffle dispenser was broken and they wouldn't even give us the bstter to use. We had 2 rooms and they were both very dated and needed some tlc.

Liked: Nothing!!!
Disliked: The toilet ran ever 5 minutes. The tub backed up over my ankles while showering. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The free breakfast, LOL when they restocked it. The people restocking were in the back room eating. I understand they need a break and eat also but you have a job to do.

Liked: Location and comfy bed
Disliked: No working vending machines, sticky spots on carpet in room, sink faucet loose, TV would not change channels, sleeper sofa uncomfortable and would not close, breakfast was bad (no coffee, 1 egg, no knives, 3 pieces of dry bread, no forks or plates), elevator was flooded, the place was worn and tired.

Liked: Front desk person when I called Wednesday for early check...was same female who checked me in on arrival...said her name (Justine???) Was very friendly, professional and gave awesome guest service. Remembered phone call...when I checked in!
Disliked: Breakfast was out of hot food (eggs) No side item. No forks no napkins...no bagels...no or little pastries/muffins...no coffee! Where was attendent???

Disliked: The air conditioner in my room was not working and the room was probably up 80° and yeah, they said they didn't have any other rooms. And I had to get a little bit upset with them and said, if not that i'm going to a different hotel, and then they finally moved me to a different room
