Staff was helpful and polite. The lady who worked the breakfast area was very helpful. She jumped in before you asked a question. Great!

Liked: It was clean and neat. It also had a pleasant smell in the lobby and the room.
Disliked: Breakfast was adequate.

Decent for the money

Liked: Affordable and safe place to stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and kind.
Disliked: Room was a bit too warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to do anything. When we turned the shower on it made a loud noise like heavy machinery- although it stopped after a minute or two.

Our room was not sanitary

Liked: Decently located
Disliked: Dirty. Our room smelled like wet dog and animal urine, urine stains along the corners of bed, pet sit on the floor. Our sink would basically flood the countertop anytime you turned it on. Pool was not working which was the reason we booked. Vending machines were not working.

Disliked: When booking I wasn’t told the pool wasn’t available

Liked: The location was perfect for us. Easy access and relatively quiet.
Disliked: Wish we had known the pool was closed. There was no notice of that on booking.com or the Comfort Inn site. The breakfast was a major disappointment. The server did not use gloves during serving. At times, garbages were overflowing. The eggs and sausage were basically not edible. One day, the spoon for serving gravy had fallen into the gravy. Some of the light bulbs were not working in the breakfast area making for a very dingy atmosphere. The orange juice was out of order. A few things regarding our room. The bathroom faucet was difficult to turn on and off. There were hairs in the sink that had not been cleaned. The toilet paper roll area was filthy. Finally, room service was inconsistent. It was provided every three days. Each time, either things (used washrags) were left or extra toilet paper was not supplied. The first time the sheets were changed and bed remade. The second time it wasn’t. The excuse from the front desk was that we were leaving the next day.

I don’t think I would...

Disliked: Front desk person seemed to not care that he gave me keys that didn’t work which made me go back again to get another set of keys, or that after I returned to the room, got unpacked to find out the TV didn’t work so I had to pack back up and move to another room. I didn’t bother telling him that the sink water was only a dribble and the refrigerator didn’t work in the 2nd room.

Disliked: Pool down for renovation.. I don't mind that, but it's been down for months. It not reflected on the website and I called the hotel 3 times before I booked the hotel to make sure the pool was working and no one answered. Hotel breakfast was marginal at best. While there are slots for various items, they ran out and were never replaced. For instance, no cream cheese. Once the egg selection was gone, it was gone.Juice, was not refilled, so it came out as colored water.
