Staff was helpful and polite. The lady who worked the breakfast area was very helpful. She jumped in before you asked a question. Great!

Liked: It was clean and neat. It also had a pleasant smell in the lobby and the room.
Disliked: Breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: Room dirty and musky smelling. Breakfast was poor no creamer and no fresh fruit selection

Disliked: The air conditioner in my room was not working and the room was probably up 80° and yeah, they said they didn't have any other rooms. And I had to get a little bit upset with them and said, if not that i'm going to a different hotel, and then they finally moved me to a different room

Liked: Convenience to activities in the area that we were attending. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: 1st night, given a room in which the toilet leaked, bathroom floor was dirty, bed was very hard and desk chair was broken. Moved to a new room for the 2nd night and toilet would not flush correctly. Bed was much more comfortable.

Liked: I stayed at your hotel because I was going to a concert. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very polite. The room itself was also very clean and larger than I expected.
Disliked: There wasn't too much I didn't like. The pillows were kind of weird. They seem to be awfully small. And there could have been a little more hot options for breakfast. But nothing too major to complain about

Wish the swimming pool was...

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that there was no breakfast went down at 8 AM. No eggs biscuits were cold. Gravy was cold no plain waffles either chocolate chip waffles or blueberry waffles no bagels pretty much. Everything was empty and seems like the gentleman who was doing the breakfast catering part area just didn’t care anything about it
