Good stay as always

Liked: Breakfast was fine food was hot and plentiful food was available when I wanted it
Disliked: Tv remote needs to be replaced-acts like it is broken

Exceptional

Liked: Air.... staff...and bed comfort.
Disliked: Could hear talking, noise, and children running around all night. Hotel was a bit run down.Breakfast room was crazy busy for 2 hours we tried to get down there.. kids running all over

My kids enjoyed their time.

Liked: I like that it’s convenient
Disliked: I don’t like that they don’t tell you what you’re going to be paying before they charge you. I was expecting the payment I seen online. And I got charged extra 50$. And then another separate 50$ for the damage fees that you get back. Still waiting for the pending money. The man said it’s going to come back to me.

Liked: Close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Air quality in the room was bad…. Excess cleaning fumes. Requested clean towels each morning and each evening had to go to the desk to ask for towels.

Staff were very friendly.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. The man at the front desk was very courteous and helpful
Disliked: The walls must be thin - we could hear the conversations of the family next door. It was concerning that when the young boys next door were running, that the lamp shade in our room (by the adjoining wall) was vibrating. We could also feel the vibration on our floor. At first, we thought it could have been something else, but when the family left their room or the boys quit running, the vibration stopped..
