The receptionist was awesome - can't remember her name but she deserves a raise she was so kind. Best experience ever!

Disliked: Staff on trained on how to use handicapped equipment for pool so we were denied pool use.

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: Issues with everything... Continual air conditioning issues, continual issues with the keys not working, Room described as having a kitchenette and I was told that that equals the microwave and refrigerator that barely cooled anything. Elevator sounds like it's going to fall apart. The doors from the parking lot that are supposed to work from your door key rarely worked or were propped open probably because of someone else's frustration of trying to get in. Pool was dirty with no towels. The rates were higher than other hotels in the same area that are far better quality. We stay in the Glendale area quite often but will never go back here.

Liked: The hotel is in a good location.
Disliked: Continual issues with air conditioning not working. Sheets weren't very clean and something had bitten both my husband and I through out the night. The staff at the front desk ran my card without asking permission and if that was the one that I even wanted to wanted to use. Breakfast was only OK. Wanted to sit down and all of the tables were dirty. Pancake machine not working. Yogurt not cold.
