This is bullshit.

Disliked: We came into a dirty room that was made up to look clean. The beds were made, but pulling back the blankets, dirt and hair was in the bed. No towels . They didn't have another room they had to have an off duty employee come and remake the beds. So we cancel our 3 day stay and they still charge us a cancelation fee.

Disliked: The place is filthy!!! I had to call front desk pain entering my room the dust ruffle hadn’t NEVER been changed! There was hair on bed on shower wall as in tube! The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed I’m probably not going to sleep for fear of bugs!!! This place is horrible

Liked: The property was nice and clean. We don’t have any problems with the room. The description says walking distance to the beach and I feel that is a stretch. You have to walk up a hill and then across the busy street then you’re at the beach.
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast. You could not bring the food to your room and had to eat in the main area. And the breakfast was not all that good

Liked: I liked that the manager called me to confirm my stay and if we needed shuttle service for our cruise. She was very professional.

Great location with great view

Liked: Room was very clean, got beachfront view which was amazing in the mornings, breakfast was organized and stocked, front desk was friendly, quick check in and check out.
Disliked: The pool was a bit dirty and only got 1 shower towel so I had to keep going to the front desk for more since I booked for 4 people.
