Liked: Cancel the reservation the day of and I’m needing a full Refunde! This hotelIs not suitable for anyone to stay there at all!!
Disliked: In the first place when we arrived the area smell terrible that it even gave me a pain right in the pit , right away, I canceled my reservation and called booking.com to request a full refund on this reservation. It smells so ugly. The rooms were so ugly. They were literally damaged. It smelled like paint like mold. There was an annoying sound in the pool area, it was an only me. My two daughters also have reserved the day off. They both canceled the reservation as well. One of my daughters she was placed on the third floor when she got into the room. There was no thermostat then the placed her on the second floor and they literally literally the second floor was caving in so we all canceled!!

Liked: The property on the outside is nice, it’s about the only good thing
Disliked: The room smelled, there mold on the wall. The floors weren’t clean. The bathroom was dirty. I have never stayed in a room as bad as this one.

Liked: I didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: I was stuck in the elevator. It took me up and stayed stuck for 6 minutes and I pushed all the buttons . It never opened up on the 3rd floor. It took me back down and I got out on the bottom floor. I didn't use it after that. Next when I walked up to my room on the 3rd floor the heater never worked. It was 53 degrees and there was a crack in the window where the north wind was coming through. I walked back down stairs after waiting 35 minutes for the staff to return with a solution and they moved me to a room down stairs that did have a working heater.
