Disliked: Room smelled of cigarettes smoke, fire alarm went off twice at 3 am.Then beeped for another hour. Staff was very unfriendly.

Liked: Close to several restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: There was a mildew smell in the entire hotel and especially in my room.

Disliked: Yesterday evening we arrived at our comfort inn hotel. I had already paid for our room yesterday morning and received the confirmation email that my payment was successful. When we arrived the lady at the counter told me that she had to wait for booking.com to “send her the money I paid booking.com before she could give me the room that I had reserved.” I showed her the confirmation email and she still refused to give me a room. When I asked what I could do she told me my only option was to pay for a separate room through the hotel directly and that I have to take the issue up with booking.com, but when I contact them they tell me that’s it’s a problem with the hotel. Additionally, the entire hotel smelled of cigarettes, weed, and mold. As we stepped to the side to figure out the issue with the billing another family stepped up to the counter. They had also already paid for a room, but the lady at the counter told them the hotel was completely full and she didn’t have a room available for them. EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY PAID!! Once we finally all got up to our rooms, one of our group members got a room that did not lock and mold was visible one the ceiling. They asked to be switched to a different room and were told they could not make that accommodation. When all of the concerns were addressed with the hotel staff they told us that a manager wouldn’t be in till Monday and there was nothing they could do for us. Needless to say, the one night stay was a disaster.

Disliked: Parking lot too packed. Breakfast wasn’t the same when the lady was there..
