First time here but more...

Liked: Property is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have a car so it was nice to be close to everything. Free shuttle to the airport. Our driver was so nice and friendly. We disembarked our cruise at 8:30 and was at the hotel at 9. They put our luggage in a secure room and we waited for about an hour and half and our room was ready. It was really nice of them to get us in so early. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Overall one of the best experiences we have had in a while. Everyone seems so rushed any more. We never felt rushed or like we were a bother. Staff was super nice.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The credit card terminal was broken and they photo copied our credit card and drivers license. The water fountain was broken. Only one elevator worked. The breakfast wasn’t much and closed 10 mins before time.
