Comfortable, clean room and common...

Liked: Check in staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. A+. Proximity to numerous restaurants.Nice grounds and well-lit parking lot.
Disliked: The HVAC unit fan in the room squealed each time it turned on. Elevator on left shook, shuttered, with a noticeable delay before door opened. After one ride, always waited for elevator on the right.Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work.

Liked: It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It's a beautiful hotel.
Disliked: The pool area was freezing and the water felt like ice. It should be heated in the winter.
